
In order to ensure that the Quality Policy is complied with, NEST is committed to an effective Quality Management System that complies with the internationally accepted Standard ISO 9001:2000.
To implement the Quality Policy, the following objectives have been set
- Securing support and commitment to the QMS from the shareholders and management down to every level within the organization
- Continually improving the QMS by measurement, analysis and periodic reviews.
- Improving levels of customer satisfaction by lowering the number of customer complaints, reducing delays in responding and resolving such complaints
- Encouraging teamwork through improved communication, open discussions, staff meetings, etc
- Developing staff through training and appraisals
- Expanding product portfolio to provide wider range of services to satisfy customer requirements.
- Quality objectives are monitored and reviewed against the Key Process Indicators (KPI) analysis and results.
